Free Delivery on all UK orders if spending £100 or more

For all of our customers overseas we try our best to keep postage costs to a minimium. Our postage costs start at £6.95 to Europe and £7.95 to the rest of the world. If any charges come to more than £9.00 for overseas post we will email you regarding the cost.

Shipping to a different address

I am sorry but it is not possible to ship to a different shipping address with your first order. However after your first order this should be acceptable. Any problems regarding this please email enquiries@violette-lingerie.co.uk

UK delivery includes UK, BFPO and the Channel Isles. Please note that we always send 1st class (signed for) which often arrives the next day, however it can sometimes take a few days. If you are not at the billing address the Postman should leave a calling card for you to go and collect the parcel from the Post Office. Staff at Violette Lingerie always aim always aim to post within 3 working days, however if the item is not in stock, there may be a delay as we may have to order in for you. However we do aim to post your item as soon as your order comes through.
If you wish to have 'next day guaranteed delivery' please select this at the checkout. Next day guaranteed delivery costs £6.95 and will be delivered before 1.00pm the next day excluding Sundays. Please note in order to guarantee next day delivery please place your order before 12.00pm. Any orders placed after 12.00pm on Friday will not be sent until the following Monday
